How to order + sales terms and conditions
(Important please read) 

 

Items are consignments and belong to the consignors.  It is therefor my responsibility to assure that transactions are handled correctly and effortlessly for both the buyer and owner. 
 

• Communication & Questions:  Ask all questions before buying, refer to the item number and description with all communication.   We are a small company and you will only be dealing with me, the owner.  Ask for Anthony when you call.  Email me any time, calls until about 8.00 p.m. ET.  Please leave a message if nobody picks up as we get lots of spam calls.  Please call back if there is no message service, as this is an indication that all lines are in use.   Check your spam/trash folders if you do not see an email reply within 24 hours as email is now heavily censored. 

 

• Payment: Due to a raise in credit card fraud, these items are sold "old school", meaning only personal check, business check, money order, or bank transfer are accepted.  No Paypal is accepted due to their policies.  Our address for payment is at the bottom of this page. NC sales tax will be added to all NC sales/shipments.

 

• Offers:  You can submit an offer for an item(s) which will be forwarded for approval to the owner.  Approval time depends on the owner.  Items will remain for sale during that time frame. 

 

• Hold and Payment Time: I can hold an item for you for up to 72 hours if you are traveling or any other reason. Those items will be marked "On Hold" but this is not an indication that the item is sold!  Payments are expected to arrive within 12 days, these items will be marked "Pending Sale".
  Hold status will be removed after 72 hours, and unpaid items will return to sale status after 12 days. 

 

• Shipping restrictions: We will not ship any high capacity mags (10+) to the following states/locations:  MA, NY, NJ, Washington DC, MD, CT, Cook County/Chicago, CA, WA, CO (15+), IL (15+), RI, Hawaii, VT, DE, OR

 

• Ship locations: I will only ship to the United States, no exceptions.  I will not ship to U.S. based freight forwarding companies with forwarding ID numbers!  Only U.S. based customers with their own (valid) delivery address. 

 

• Shipping method: Due to porch pirates and theft, parcels will ship Priority Mail with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.  I can coordinate or delay shipments to suit your schedule.  Shipping cost for most parcels will be $19.74 or less pending on zip code.  UPS may be an option on special request.
  All parcels will be professionally packed, items will be wrapped in plastic to protect from water/moisture, many items will be double or triple-boxed to protect from abuse. 

 

• Returns:  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it as you have a 3-day inspection period.  Haggling/negotiating for a partial refund is not accepted.  Returned item must be the same condition as shipped, no swapped or substituted items will be refunded.  All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, meaning the cost to and from the buyer will not be refunded.

 

• Mailing payment: Make sure to include your name, shipping address, phone number, item number(s), and description with your mailing.  Do not just mail a check without the pertinent information as this will significantly delay shipping!
