OUR POLICIES

 

New books: A book is only new once, once the book has been opened and the spine has been cracked we can no longer sell it as new.  Therefore all returned orders are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. No shipping charges will be refunded.  Please contact us first if you want to return your order. New books should be returned in the condition that they are received. Credits on books that have been opened/abused and laid flat for obvious photocopying purposes will not be honored.   

 

Defective books:  All books go through a multi-stage inspection phase and are visually inspected.  Although we try to eliminate shipping defective books, it does happen on occasion.  Typical defects in the book printing industry are duplicated pages, missing pages or upside down bound pages.   Please contact us if you received a book with a defect and return it to us using USPS Media Mail with Tracking. We will promptly mail you a replacement upon receipt of the defective book.   

 

Incorrect orders: If you ordered the wrong book or received the wrong book, we will gladly rectify the problem.  Please contact us first and return the book, without opening, for exchange.

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order!

 

We will try to correct any problem or issue within reason as we value all our customers!
